Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.
Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns must transpire within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Freight charges must be pre-paid prior to returning. All returns must be pre-approved by Couple More Days. Products must be unused, uninstalled & in their original packaging. The parts will be inspected by Couple More Days and if in satisfactory condition, we will issue a credit. A 20% restocking charge will be charged on all returns due to customer error or any problems not caused by Couple More Days. Absolutely no returns on custom built, electronics/electrical parts, or special ordered items.

Before refusing or returning any product, please call customer service (662-419-9594) and make prior arrangements. An authorization number must be issued to receive any form of compensation for the return. Any returns for non-Couple More Days products will follow the manufacturer's return policy.
